Across the border

Indeed, Le Fayais is 2 steps from the French border, less than 10 km as the crow flies. So go for a ride in the French Ardennes with a decidedly different universe. See Monthermé, Sedan, Charleville Mézières, or even Givet and the small medieval village of Hierges. Don't forget to stop at a bakery and bring back some good baguette!
